I.D.News- What's new this month...
A bit of fun - A yearly photo diary
What happens at 10:10am every day...
Whilst not a 'design' job, this year I have a few creative side projects on the go... one of these projects is a daily photo journal. The parameters that I set myself was to take a photo of what I'm doing at 10:10am every day, to take the photo quickly and use my iPhone and then modify the photo with a photo-editing application on the iPhone.
Whilst I won't guarantee you'll view any award winning images! Hopefully I'll find a few interesting situations to photo or create some eye-catching photo-manipulated images.
2009 was anamazingly busy year and one of growth...
...so busy in fact updating the website has been tragically left behind! In the coming weeks I am looking to do some updating and add some new items to the portfolio and news section so stay tuned and check back soon...
I would also like to thank all my wonderful clients for your continued support and recommendations. Cheers!
On a regular basis a job will be highlighted, this month it's...

On A Wing & A Chair Logo
CLIENT: David Jacka
The On A Wing & A Chair Logo was developed in consultation with David Jacka, who in May 2011 will be the first quadriplegic to fly solo around Australia venturing into some of the most remote areas of the country.
David will fly his Jabiru solo, approximately 18,000 km around the coastline of Australia and estimating it will take approximately six weeks to complete depending upon weather, crossing the four most Southern, Northern, Eastern and Westerly points of the country. Due to David’s severe disability, to fly every day will not be possible as this will be pushing his physical endurance beyond its limits. Accompanying David will be a support aircraft to transport support personnel, including a personal carer, manager/coordinator, camera support person, and equipment throughout the journey.
This journey will inspire others with and without a disability to “have a go” at achieving their goals and dreams by pushing their personal boundaries and not seeing the limitations, but the possibilities. It will also Promote not-for-profit organisations, such as the Able Management Group, which assist people with disabilities to experience outdoor and recreational activities that they might not have otherwise had the opportunity to.
Sponsorship packages and a website will shortly be released.
There are many aspects to consider when choosing a suitable designer to assist your business.
These may include the portfolio, pricing, timeframe delivery, communication and experience.
